C2 Research Center was founded in 2019 by twin doctors Channa B. Williams D.P.M and Chandra M. Williams O.D. FAAO. Both developed an interest in research at an early age, which contributed to their pursuit of both medicine and clinical research.

Through their medical careers, both recognized certain barriers of entry for physicians and patients whom desire to be involved in clinical trials. It was this realization that birthed a research company that not only recognized the importance of inclusivity for the development of safer therapeutic outcomes; but also, focused on the recruitment of providers who also acknowledged the need for diversity in clinical research trials.
